Imcool1Desleigh Forster's winning momentum continued at Doomben on Saturday with an impressive victory from I'm Cool.

With in-form apprentice Kirk Matheson aboard, I'm Cool gave Forster her second Saturday winner in as many weeks in the Gold Class Cleaning Class Six Handicap (1110m).

Foster was successful with Shafeeq at Eagle Farm the previous Saturday.

I'm Cool, patiently handled by Matheson, downed Merryanna by a long neck with Dee Bee Nine, a further three-quarters of a length away third.

Unlike Shafeeq, who landed a successful plunge at big odds, I'm Cool was always favourite starting at $2.45.

Forster again was full of praise for Matheson who never panicked when the pressure was on up front.

The four-year-old, who has now won three of his four starts, has returned owner Kevin Thomas almost $100,000 in prizemoney, a tidy profit on his $30,000 purchase as a yearling at the 2010 Magic Millions yearling sales in Adelaide.

Forster will now pulls up stumps with I'm Cool for the spring and hopes to pencil in a Sydney autumn campaign along with star stablemates Adebisi and Easy Running next year.

"This is only his first preparation so I'll put him away now and I doubt he'll be back in time for the summer carnival, " Forster said.

"He's a Magic Millions horse but realistically it'll be touch and go whether he'll be ready in time for it if he's to have a decent spell.

"The autumn looks a better option. I'm hoping to take Adebisi and Easy Running away to Sydney and if his form is up to it he could go with them."
